We had a great stay at a well-located hotel in central Alausi. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the receptionist and the cleanliness of the hotel. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as noise from outside and a slightly uncomfortable bed, we would still recommend this hotel. it was a positive experience.

Conveniently located on a bustling street, Hotel Europa provided us with a spacious and clean room. The private bath had hot water and good water pressure, and the strong wifi signal was a plus. The free breakfast was satisfying, keeping us fueled for the day. Despite limited English, the staff went out of their way to assist us. The area felt safe, with attractions and restaurants within walking distance. For the price, Hotel Europa delivered a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great place! Just stayed one night before 8am train trip. Hot water available for coffee on arrival was a real treat! Spacious room with 2 beds. 7am breakfast with fresh juice, fresh fruits, bread eggs, etc all in good time for train. Last bus from Alausi to Cuenca goes at 10.30am so hotel staff took us short distance to main road where easily caught a bus.

I recently stayed at Europa for a few nights during my trip. The room was comfortable, with a great bathroom and good water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to a supermarket and restaurants open late. I also appreciated the breakfast, with a variety of fresh fruits, juice, and eggs to choose from. The hotel was clean, and there were nice sitting areas throughout the building.

We had a wonderful stay at Europa in Alausi! The hotel is very clean and conveniently located across from the bus stop. They went above and beyond to accommodate our early breakfast request and the food was delicious. The room was light and airy, with a hot water shower and even a hair blower provided. The newer building was brand new and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The beds could be more comfortable, as some guests have found them too soft and prone to sinking.
