My room at Torre Isla Sol By Hotel Solymar had a stunning view, thanks to an upgrade. The staff were super helpful with taxis and local information. The location was perfect too, right on the main strip. The cleanliness of the hotel was also a major plus. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and beautiful views.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. When my luggage got lost by the airline, they quickly and efficiently arranged for it to be brought from the airport as soon as it was found.

I highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

Excellent service, always available staff. Cleanliness was a plus. Luggage lost by airline, staff helped retrieve it. Upgraded to a room with great view. Helpful with taxis and area information. Nice location. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, well-maintained Jacuzzi. Good food. Fauna by the pool: sea lion, iguanas, crabs, birds.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. the spacious rooms were well-maintained and clean, and had reliable internet, which is quite rare on the island. the location was perfect, right on the main strip with easy access to shops and restaurants. I also loved the fauna around the pool area, including sea lions and iguanas.

while the breakfast selection was decent, I would have preferred a minibar or at least a fridge in the room. However, the staff offered filtered water coolers outside each room for convenient access to water.
