This hotel is very convenient for exploring downtown Guayaquil. It's located near popular attractions like Malecon 2000, Seminario Park, and Santa Ana, making it easy to explore the city at your own pace. The rooms are clean and spacious, with tiled floors and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are decent-sized and recently updated, providing a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel offers a continental breakfast in their corner bakery/coffee shop, which is a great way to start your day.

I loved paying extra for the airport and city shuttle service. The location in the commercial and financial center was just perfect. The complimentary Wi-Fi and concierge services were a real treat. Oh, and let's not forget the Continental breakfast at Las Peñas. Yum!

Having to make use of my own pillow because the hotel's pillows were so amazing. It's such a bummer when a hotel doesn't provide amenities for business travelers like me.

I had a great stay at Las Penas! the location was perfect, close to all the activities and in a safe area. the staff were extremely helpful and quick to assist with anything I needed. They even provided a hairdryer for me when it wasn't in the room. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice shower and hot water. the internet worked well, and there was a café next door with good food and service. a fantastic experience.
