The breakfast at Ninfa Hotel was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was also great, only a short distance from the harbor where you can catch the ferry. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. Families with children will appreciate the larger room size and the nice pool area.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Puerto Ayora. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even upgraded us to a much nicer room after just 3 nights, completely free of charge. The location was perfect, being close to the pier and Tortuga Bay park, making it convenient for day trips around the Galápagos Islands. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was a great start to our day, and the wifi worked well in our room.

The staff were described as nice and helpful, providing assistance with luggage and fixing a hot water issue promptly.

One negative aspect mentioned was the absence of a hand shower, which may have been inconvenient for some guests.

Despite the spotty wifi, it's important to note that the whole area of Santa Cruz has this issue, so it can't be blamed on the hotel. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ninfa, and I would recommend it to others.

This hotel is in a great location, just a block from the main harbor area which is the hub of activity in Puerto Ayora. This hotel's value for money was excellent as the prices were reasonable. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The location was great, just a block away from the pier to catch boats to the other islands, and there were plenty of nice restaurants and attractions nearby. The basic amenities provided were satisfactory. However, some rooms seemed tired in terms of furniture and design. Additionally, the swiming pool filter starting several times in the middle of the night made it quite noisy. Furthermore, the rooms got dark due to the blinds and staff lights being on all night. The breakfast was not that good, but the small pool area was nice to relax during hot afternoons. everything was fine.

I stayed at a lovely place called Ninfa and the staff and service were absolutely amazing. My boyfriend fell ill during our trip and they went above and beyond to help us. We were even provided with a driver to assist us with a stolen camera issue. The rooms, although varying in size, were comfortable and we enjoyed the independence of having our own little house. The location was great too, with access to all the hotel's services.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊
