I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel! The location was perfect, just steps away from Murcielago Beach. I loved being able to easily access the beach and spend my days soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful views. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near vibrant clubs, making it easy to have a fun night out. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had great facilities, including a gym, sauna, Turkish bath, and jacuzzi, which were all well-kept and a nice bonus to my stay.

I did find that the amenities and toiletries were not replenished daily, which was a bit disappointing.

the staff at Oro Verde was incredibly friendly and helpful. They promptly addressed any issues we had during our two-night stay. the fitness center, although equipped with older equipment, functioned well and had a full-time staff member available, which is rare. We loved the sauna and particularly enjoyed the steam room. the restaurant provided excellent breakfast and dinner options. the hotel's location was perfect, situated between the beach and Mall Pacifico. the bed in our room was large and super comfortable. We also appreciated the great facilities for children. the gym had a sauna, Turkish bath, and jacuzzi, making it a fantastic place to unwind.

The location was perfect, right between the beach and a shopping mall. The bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel also had excellent facilities for children, making it a family-friendly choice. The staff were multilingual, making communication easy. I especially loved the large gym, complete with a sauna, Turkish bath, and Jacuzzi.

Conveniently located near the beach, shopping mall, and airport. Helpful and pleasant staff available 24/7. Good breakfast selection with hot and cold options. Relaxing pool area and pleasant weather. Nice facilities and coffee shop/bakery.

During my recent Thanksgiving stay, I was pleased with the great location of this hotel, which was right on the beach. the view was simply breathtaking! the pool area was perfect for lounging and sunbathing. What’s more, I loved the fact that two complimentary breakfasts were offered, and the selection was tasty and varied!

Sadly, my experience here was not all positive. Loud music was constantly played, sometimes even mixed with the relaxing ambiance of the terrace.

It was just a short 2-minute walk to the beach and right across the street from the Pacific Mall. the staff at Oro Verde were incredibly helpful and pleasant, providing superior customer service. Tatiana and Manager Alexander went above and beyond to ensure our stay was stress-free, especially when my husband fell ill. They even gave us the best room in the hotel, which was absolutely gorgeous. the Jr. Suite was immaculate, with all the amenities we needed and a breathtaking view. the pool area was relaxing and the breakfast selection was excellent. the hotel truly exceeded our expectations.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, especially one employee named Holger Gonzalez. He went above and beyond to assist me when I accidentally dropped some money in the lobby. the breakfast at the hotel was nice and had a good selection of food.

the hotel felt more like a 3-star establishment rather than a 5-star one. the furnishings were not up to par and the overall ambiance lacked personality.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! the luxurious amenities were impressive, especially the Spa & wellness centre. the outdoor swimming pool was breathtaking and offered spectacular views of the beach. the massage was superb, and the spa lounge was so relaxing. In-room breakfast was a lovely additional feature. the staff was attentive and friendly. the location was perfect, with beach access right at our doorstep.

We did experience one minor issue, the restaurant was a bit slow with their service. this was only a small hiccup and didn't negatively affect our overall experience.
