As a family, we loved the old world feel of the hotel and the gracious staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The rooms were beautifully decorated and we appreciated the extra touches like the fruit juice upon arrival, the tasting plate, and the turn-down service with chocolates and wine. The included breakfast was also delicious.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a magical experience. the hotel was beautifully decorated with festive lights and ornaments, creating a joyful atmosphere. the staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were delighted to find that the hotel offers complimentary breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the room was quite small and cramped, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially with all the Christmas decorations.

I stayed at Plaza Grande for my honeymoon and it was a fantastic experience. The management and staff were excellent, going out of their way to make our stay unique and wonderful. The hotel upgraded us to the luxurious Presidential Suite, which was like something out of a movie. The location was perfect, right next to the Presidential Palace and close to many attractions. The included meals were of 4-star quality, although slightly repetitive. The staff was always helpful and even arranged taxis for us. The noise level was not a problem, with the bells and trumpets adding to the charm.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Plaza Grande. The location was perfect, right on the main square with easy access to everything in the city. The historic building added a touch of charm to our experience. Our room was luxurious and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the welcome drinks and the plate of sweets that were delivered to our room. The hotel also arranged taxis for us and made dinner reservations at fantastic restaurants. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Plaza Grande for a luxurious stay in Quito.

I got great value for my money with a very comfortable room and excellent service. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic and artistic area of the city, with stunning views of the Plaza Grande.

The food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

The management and staff were excellent, remembering our names and going above and beyond to make our stay special. The spacious room had a fantastic view of the plaza and kept the noise out. The fluffy robes and heavenly bed comforter added to our comfort. The complimentary breakfast and paid lunch were delicious, and the restaurant was a great spot for people-watching. The hotel is located near many attractions and the staff helped us with everything from dinner reservations to taxis. A truly unique and wonderful experience.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was spacious, had a great view of the plaza, and the windows kept the noise out. The staff treated us like royalty, always accommodating our requests with a smile.

Exceptional location in the heart of the city, within walking distance to great restaurants. Amazing breakfast with freshly cut fruit, eggs, toast etc. Staff, especially Jorge, went above and beyond to accommodate our every request. Comfortable rooms.

I had a truly luxurious experience at a beautiful, vintage hotel. The exquisite decor and old Spanish vintage feel added to the charm of the place. The high service provided by the staff was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and the location in the village center was perfect. I highly recommend staying here for a memorable experience.

Great location near museums and churches. the room was large and ornate with a comfortable and light vibe. the suite overlooking the square had terrific views. the bed was very comfortable and the linens were good.

The street celebrations outside caused a lot of noise, making it difficult to sleep. the gym was not up to par.

The vintage decor of the hotel was absolutely beautiful. From the lobby to the rooms, everything had a charming, old Spanish feel to it. The attention to detail in the decor was exquisite. the service provided by the hotel staff was top-notch. They were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. The location of the hotel in the village center was also a major plus. It was very convenient for exploring the area and visiting nearby attractions.

One small drawback of our stay was the limited choices for dinner at the hotel restaurant. While the quality of the food was excellent, there was only one restaurant offered and the meals were pre-fixe style.
