The breakfast was basic but sufficient and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. the hotel's location in the historic old town was ideal for exploring during the day, with many churches and shops nearby.

The area around the hotel became rough and shut down after 7pm, making it difficult to find a decent place to have dinner. Additionally, the staff could have been more helpful when asked about laundry facilities, as they seemed to push for using the hotel's expensive service instead of providing information about nearby options.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with breathtaking views in the heart of the colonial centre. The room was beautifully modernized with a comfortable king bed and a bathroom with modern facilities. The included breakfast buffet had both hot and cold choices and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the colonial centre on foot. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the huge king-size bed provided us with a restful night's sleep. One unique feature that we appreciated was the option to have a pack breakfast for our early morning flight. a highly enjoyable stay at this centrally located hotel.

The hotel had a nice colonial feel to it and the view from the plaza across the street was excellent. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to buses and taxis.

The hotel had difficult policies, such as pad locking the front door on New Year's Eve and not providing a boxed breakfast for early check-out. the rooms were noisy, with kids running around in the morning and car alarms from the neighborhood.

We had a great stay at Hotel Real Audiencia. the location was perfect, right on Plaza Santo Domingo, with easy access to transportation and just a few minutes' walk from Plaza Grande. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all our questions even before we arrived. They made our stay comfortable and treated us very well. the breakfast room on the top floor offered amazing views of Santo Domingo church and El Panecillo. the room itself was spacious, with good amenities like a safe, and the shower had hot water at any hour. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with walking directions and suggestions for a great guide.
