The breakfast was basic but sufficient and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel's location in the historic old town was ideal for exploring during the day, with many churches and shops nearby.

The area around the hotel became rough and shut down after 7pm, making it difficult to find a decent place to have dinner. Additionally, the staff could have been more helpful when asked about laundry facilities, as they seemed to push for using the hotel's expensive service instead of providing information about nearby options.

The hotel had difficult policies, such as pad locking the front door on New Year's Eve and not providing a boxed breakfast for early check-out. the rooms were noisy, with kids running around in the morning and car alarms from the neighborhood.

The room itself was spacious, with good amenities like a safe, and the shower had hot water at any hour. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
