We loved the hotel's spacious and clean rooms, with huge comfy beds. the location, just 150m from the town pier, was ideal for our excursions. the staff were incredibly accommodating and the breakfast spread was superb. Additionally, the complimentary use of bicycles made exploring the area a breeze.

We stayed at Ikala Galapagos for a 3-night getaway and it was perfect! the location is superb, close to the pier and restaurants. the staff was exceptional - accommodating, English-speaking, and went above and beyond. the room was spacious and cozy with a unique bed setup, and the pool was fantastic. Complimentary bike use was a bonus, and the eco-friendly vibe added to the charm. Bonus points for the delicious breakfast and super clean rooms.

At my go-to spot, the staff guided me to attractions. It fits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, pool, laundry. Always returning for a trip: Welcoming, well-equipped, wheelchair accessible, no pets, no smoking on site in a beautiful setting.

The holiday lights were lovely and gave the hotel a festive feel. There were free drinks and snacks offered at the pool bar which was a nice touch. the location was great, just a short walk to the main area with restaurants and shops.

The room was not cleaned properly, the bathroom counter was dirty and the towels were stained. the pool was closed for cleaning on Christmas day and nobody was cleaning it for over thirty minutes.

I had an amazing experience at this beautiful hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the pier where all the boat tours depart. The staff here were incredibly accommodating and spoke excellent English. I loved that they had bikes available for us to use, which made exploring the area so much easier. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy the view. The pool area was a highlight, and the bar served refreshing drinks. The breakfast on the rooftop was delicious and had a stunning view of the harbour. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!
