We loved the superb location of Isamar Hotel in Puerto Villamil. It's right on the beach, offering privacy but still just a short 5-minute walk to the town center. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the pier and the "Perla de concha" snorkeling site. The air conditioning in our room was good, and the service and amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, situated right in front of a beautiful and tranquil beach. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and stunning views of the sea. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. I also appreciated the facilities and room advantages, such as the possibility of paying with a credit card with no extra charges.

Some tours offered by the hotel were a bit pricey compared to local agencies.

Had a decent stay at a beach-front hotel during New Year's. First, the complimentary coffee they offered was good, and they had it available all day long. Second, the location was spot on - just a step away from the beach. But the icing on the cake was that they offered excellent beach towels, which came in handy during our occupancy.

There were quite a few negative aspects we didn't appreciate. To start, the room was dirty.
