Too Noisy at Night!

The staff at the hotel were amazing, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They were always willing to help arrange transportation and provide recommendations. The location of the hotel was convenient, allowing easy access to various places in Cuenca. The rooms were clean, modern, and equipped with useful amenities like a microwave and mini fridge. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. The hot breakfast had a good variety of options and the service was excellent.
