Great location and awesome staff! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was one of the best during our two-week trip in Ecuador. We really appreciated the shuttle service, which made our arrival so much easier. The driver was fantastic and we even hired him for additional days.

The front staff provided no service or greeting upon arrival. The room phone and TV didn't work, and the room itself had an awkward setup.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions such as the historic center and the beautiful botanic gardens, which are just a 30-40 minute taxi ride away. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the restaurant, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms are modern and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The attentive staff provide excellent service, making guests feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Some staff members may have difficulty communicating in English, which can be frustrating for non-Spanish speakers.

The value for money at this hotel is great, with large, modern rooms and a private floor feel. The location is in the business area, but the staff are extremely helpful and made me feel like I was in heaven from the moment I entered.

The morning meal could be improved with better cooked eggs from a chef. The staff's preoccupation with tasks other than attending to guests was noticeable.

As longer-term business travelers, we absolutely loved the luxurious suite with rose petals, full-length windows, and a fantastic bathtub. The coffee from the in-room machine was great, and breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and responsive, quickly fulfilling our requests for a hot water bottle and an extra mug. The bed was also very comfortable.

Had a brilliant time over Thanksgiving at this hotel! The rooms were really cool and some had amazing views. The staff were really friendly and even offered us complementary drinks and breakfast. The location was great with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Unfortunately some of the rooms were really cold and the heating wasn't working properly, but they did offer us extra blankets to keep warm. , the gym could have been better equipped, but we didn't really use it much anyway.

The rooms at Le Parc Hotel, Beyond Stars are absolutely stunning. The design is modern and the decor is beautiful. I was amazed by the elaborate bathroom and the circular window surrounding the room. It made for a unique and memorable stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury and amenities. The spa and wellness center offered a wide range of treatments, and the massage services were particularly relaxing. The restaurant served delicious dishes and the in-room breakfast service was prompt and efficient. Additionally, the private facilities, including the sauna and steam room, were exclusive and added to the overall comfort of our stay.

The only downside we experienced was the cost of the hotel's shuttle service. Although the convenience was appreciated, the price was significantly more expensive than local taxis.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely boutique hotel in Quito. The staff at Le Parc Hotel, Beyond Stars were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel very welcome. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and I never wanted to leave them in the morning. I also appreciated the extra effort made to fulfill my request for a room with a bath in front of the window. The neighborhood was safe and had great amenities, such as bars, restaurants, ATMs, and a large supermarket nearby. it was a fantastic experience.

Stayed at Le Parc Hotel, Beyond Stars and we were blown away by the gorgeous suite and the pampering service. The breakfast was the best we had on our entire trip, especially the amazing waffles. The hotel's location in a modern area was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants and a large shopping mall. Although not close to the Mariscal, taxis were cheap and easily available for exploring. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The ambiance is stunning, breakfast delicious, staff extremely friendly, beds comfortable. Great location for dining and safe area. Some rooms have bath in front of window, bars, restaurants, ATMs, supermarket nearby. Ample room, contemporary feel, unique tub by floor length windows, tasty breakfast with amazing fruit. Perfect location in bustling part of city, not far from historic center. Thanks to Gabriela for helping with activities. Will definitely consider staying again.
