As party people, we loved the central location, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, and the impressive lobby. The English garden patio was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The use of L'occitane amenities was a luxurious touch. The staff were friendly, fluent in English, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

During our city break, we had a great experience at this hotel. the warm welcome with hot towels and a special drink made us feel instantly relaxed. the room was beautifully decorated with rose petals and had a stunning view of the garden. the breakfast in the bright dining room was delicious, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the old town. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always available to assist us.

One aspect that could be improved was the breakfast buffet, which was not as impressive as we have experienced in other hotels. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning in the room might be a drawback for some guests, although it was not an issue for us due to the mild temperatures in the city.

I had an amazing stay at a beautifully renovated hotel in a great city. The location was ideal, with stunning gardens and plantings throughout the hotel. The room was comfortable and I even received hot water bottles during turndown service. The dinner at the hotel was also enjoyable. Additionally, I highly recommend dining at the Mangiare Benne Restaurante, which is just a short walk away. I had a fantastic experience at a truly fine hotel.
