The rooms at this hotel were clean, large, and comfy, with comfortable beds. the showers were excellent and the toilets were kept clean. the staff were friendly, helpful, and gracious, always willing to assist with directions or recommendations for activities. the location of the hotel was fantastic, right in front of the marina and only a short walk to the lively neighborhood of Las Peñas.

The traffic noise from the main street could be quite bothersome, so it may not be the best choice for light sleepers. There was also some need for improvement in terms of infrastructure, such as non-functioning elevators and unpainted walls.

The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, the lively Las Peñas neighborhood, and just a short walk to the city center. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom is well-maintained and the service provided by the staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast offers a variety of options and the view from the rooftop is stunning. The hotel also has wifi and air conditioning for added convenience.

I had a fantastic time at a centrally located hostel with a cool and laid-back atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. When my locker didn't work, they immediately gave me my own dorm room. The owner, Gisella, was a great host and refunded me when I left a day early. I highly recommend this hostel in Guayaquil!

This hotel is an excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the breakfast included. The staff pay attention to detail and ensure basic amenities are provided, such as free bottles of water and strong WiFi. Additionally, the location of the hotel is right by a very nice waterfront area, making it a great spot to explore.

the location couldn't have been better, right across from the Malecon main entrance. It was convenient for exploring the area and accessing the gondola ride to the city center. the room was spacious, clean, and modern. the breakfasts were delicious, and we enjoyed chatting with the friendly cook who spoke English. the hostel had a comfortable and artistic atmosphere, and the staff was very welcoming. a great experience!

I had a fantastic stay at Perla Central in Guayaquil. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful directions and assisting with laundry and taxi orders. The hostel's location was perfect, right on the Malecon and near popular attractions. I loved the minimalist and cool decor, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The showers had great water pressure and hot water, and the common areas were spacious and inviting. a wonderful experience.
