Perfect airport shuttle service , including water taxi. Friendly and welcoming hotel staff. Convenient location near Santa Cruz town center and attractions. Generous and tasty breakfast options. Excellent customer service, even celebrating special occasions. Clean, spacious suite with kitchenette facilities. Helpful and hardworking maid. Beautiful wall mural in breakfast room/lobby

Spacious room with memory foam pillows. Excellent location near main street, port, and Darwin Research Centre. Delicious breakfast included. Shuttle service to airport/ferry was convenient. Beautiful hotel with personalized artwork.

During my recent stay at Ocean Dreams Galapagos, I had a welcoming and happy start to my holiday. The airport shuttle service was perfect and the staff at the hotel were genuinely happy to receive me and take care of my needs. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to Santa Cruz town centre, the market street restaurants, and the Darwin research centre. The breakfast was simple but plentiful, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel went above and beyond to make my daughter's 21st birthday special by organizing a free birthday cake for us to celebrate with. I highly recommend Ocean Dreams Galapagos for a great stay in Puerto Ayora.

Great Place to Spend Christmas! Plenty of space in the comfortable suite and a lovely breakfast with delicious coffee. the location was perfect, close to all main areas. the family running the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated our needs during our busy days exploring the island. We loved the personalized attention and care they offered.

The bathroom sink did not drain well, and we had to ask for ice every night for our drinks as there was no ice machine. We were also charged a fee when paying by credit card, which was a bit inconvenient.
