I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, with the comfiest bed I've experienced in Ecuador. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying.

It was a great experience staying in this microhotel during Thanksgiving. the place has a convenient location near the sea and beach, making it easy to stroll around at night. the check-in process was smooth, and the owner was accommodating. the aesthetic appeal of the room, with lots of light and space, was the cherry on top.

There are some negative aspects to consider. there was no hot water available, making it difficult to take a warm shower.

My stay at Pepe's House Guayaquil was great! The location was perfect, with all the main attractions within walking distance. I enjoyed chatting with other guests and making new friends. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at the lobby who went out of his way to assist me.

Check-in was a bit of a hassle as the instructions were sent via email, which I missed among the long greetings and rules email. The gatekeeper didn't provide any instructions and denied entry initially.
