We got great value for our money with a room that had a stunning view of the sea lions and bay. The location was perfect, close to the beach and with amazing wildlife all around. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even assisting us in finding a doctor when needed.

The breakfast could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

I had an exceptional stay at this waterfront lodge in the Galapagos Islands. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large shower and stunning views of the bay. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the risotto del mar. The complimentary minibar and thoughtful gifts added a special touch to our honeymoon celebration. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly wonderful experience.

I had an unbelievable time at this hotel. The location was absolutely incredible, with breathtaking views of the sea and mangroves. I could even see wildlife from my window! It was also conveniently located near the Charles Darwin station and a local beach, perfect for spending time with the kids. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a special experience on the islands. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the restaurant was a must-visit. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

The staff, especially Patricia, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location is convenient, with the Charles Darwin station and a local beach within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean, with luxurious amenities like L'Occitane products. The highlight of our stay was the dining room overlooking the ocean, where we could watch the sea lions lounging on the pier.

The rooms were run-down and not up to the standards we were expecting for a romantic escape. Outdated amenities, including poor Wi-Fi, lack of phone service, and old air conditioning units, did not contribute to an enjoyable stay.
