Friendly staff. Amazing rooftop pool area/bar. Spacious room with great city view. Perfect location for attractions

Nothing for me.

During my recent stay at River Garden Hotel + Suites, I had the pleasure of enjoying the great location near the Malecon and the river. The surrounding area also had some fantastic bars and cafes, including a chocolateria! The staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to assist. Plus, the free airport transfer in a taxi was a convenient bonus. I was particularly delighted with the river view from my room, which provided a breathtaking sight. And let's not forget the rooftop bar, where I could unwind and take in the stunning scenery.

Although there were some drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, my personal experience at River Garden Hotel + Suites was nothing short of perfect. The room was comfortable, the bed and pillows provided a restful sleep, and I experienced no issues with the services provided.

Great location for exploring attractions in the city center. Free and safe airport transportation provided. Delicious breakfast with a view. Rooftop bar and pool area is a nice place to relax.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was conveniently situated near the Malecon and Las Penas. Guests could easily explore the local markets and indulge in the vibrant culture of the city.

The service in the restaurant was below par, with exorbitant prices and a lack of additional amenities such as soap, shampoo, concierge.

This hotel really knows how to make you feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail. The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It's right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local markets and attractions in a short amount of time. Plus, the free and safe airport transportation provided by the hotel was a huge bonus. The rooms at this hotel were not only spacious, but they also offered stunning views of the city. I loved waking up to the sight of the bustling streets below. Additionally, the basic amenities provided were more than enough to make my stay enjoyable.

While everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations, there was one minor aspect that could be improved. The sound insulation in the rooms was not perfect due to the building's age, but it didn't affect my overall enjoyment of the stay.

The weekend was amazing! the staff was super helpful and the beds were massive and super comfy. the breakfast with a view was delicious and the rooftop bar with a pool was a great place to unwind. They even provided us with free and safe airport transportation which was a nice touch. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect, in the heart of everything we wanted to visit in a short time.

There were a few downsides. the rooms were not very soundproof and we had some noisy neighbors that disturbed our peace.
