The resort is upscale and classy with large rooms, a good restaurant, and a beautiful garden. The property is remote, but closer to the airport than Puerto Ayora. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location in the highlands provides a stunning backdrop.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in the highlands. The location was perfect, away from everything, and provided a peaceful atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room service, housekeeping, and laundry services were top-notch. I also appreciated the convenient airport shuttle service. The hotel had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a spa & wellness center where I enjoyed a relaxing massage. The garden area was lovely, and I loved exploring the lava tunnel on the property. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and allowed me to stay connected during my stay.

The spacious rooms were equipped with large jacuzzis, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly attentive and always remembered our preferences, going above and beyond to provide a personalized experience. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a secluded and private area, offering a peaceful and serene environment.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the location being a bit far from the main part of the island and the beds being slightly uncomfortable, these were overshadowed by the overall exceptional quality of the resort.

This resort was amazing! The private villas offered incredible views and some even had a sauna and huge Jacuzzi. The location was secluded and private, which was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff at this resort were outstanding. They greeted us with a welcome drink upon arrival and were always attentive and caring throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were particularly attentive, remembering our likes and serving our preferred breakfast without asking. We also had a medical emergency during our visit and the managers went above and beyond to provide support and assistance. I would highly recommend this resort and would love to go back again.

The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient as most boats disembark in Baltra or Puerto Ayora, requiring guests to arrange expensive taxi transportation.

What an amazing experience! the natural setting surrounding this hotel is breathtaking. the rooms were spacious and cozy, and the food was delicious. What I loved the most was the tour of the lava tunnel on the property, which was an interesting and informative experience. the staff was courteous and helpful, making our stay perfect. the hotel's location was easy to find and close to all the great attractions.

The pool was unheated and not suitable for spending much time in, and there was not much in the way of activities for children. At times the resort felt crowded as the villas are spaced rather close together.

Nice alternative to a live aboard for Galapagos. Lush grounds with gorgeous views. Large rooms with wonderful views and large bathrooms. Friendly bar staff and reasonably priced drinks. Great for a long stay or if you need extra rooms

We absolutely loved the peaceful and serene location of the Royal Palm Galapagos. It was the perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the islands. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The upgrade to a new room when our AC stopped working was a nice touch. The attention to detail, from walking us to our room to arranging transportation, was exceptional. We felt truly taken care of during our stay.

Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.
