our stay at runa wasi quilotoa villa was absolutely amazing. the lovely design, cozy wood burner, and delicious food made for a perfect and relaxing spa holiday. located away from the hustle and bustle, yet still close to all facilities, it exceeded all our expectations.

Wifi connection was poor.

We had a cozy room with hot water and a fireplace at night, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hostels in the area. The staff was warm and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location was lovely, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

The lack of communication about meal times and the language barrier upon arrival was a minor inconvenience.

We had an exceptional experience at Runa Wasi Quilotoa. The staff went above and beyond to help us book our bus tickets when we were having trouble online. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved having a fire in our room. The food was also terrific. we highly recommend this hotel.

The food was delicious, especially the breakfast. They had a variety of options to choose from and everything was fresh and tasty. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any issues or questions. the location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions in the area.

The lack of sign on the property made it difficult to find the hotel initially, causing some frustration and wasted time. It made it difficult to stay connected and access important information.

The place is new and very nice. It's clean and the staff are quite friendly. Nice, big house from the outside. Rooms all come with fireplace, which is started by the owner at night. Lots of blankets are provided for pretty cold nights. Breakfast and dinner is nice and pretty cheap. Nice cozy room. Its 3 min walking to the start of the rimhike around the lake.

I stayed at Runa Wasi for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions I had. They even turned on the stove in the evening to keep the room cozy. The shower had excellent hot water and they even provided lunch packages for a small fee. The breakfast was decent and the dinner was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

They were also accommodating when we got caught in the rain and provided us with towels and a new room to dry off. The architecture of the building was unique and the cleanliness was impressive. The included breakfast and delicious dinner were a plus, and the location was convenient for hiking to the crater. The staff even helped us arrange transportation to our next destination.

What a fabulous hostel in a fantastic location! Our room was spacious and bright, with a large bathroom and hot water. The highlight was the old oven in the room, which we used to make a cozy fire that kept us warm throughout the night. The staff at Runa Wasi were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had hot water for our showers and tending to our fire. The half-board option was a great value, with delicious home-cooked meals. The hostel is also perfectly situated for hiking the nearby Crater rim. Hands down the best hostel in the area.

I recently stayed at Runa Wasi Quilotoa for a few nights during my visit to the crater. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our rooms had warm fires burning throughout our stay. The dinner was delicious, with a tasty potato soup and a choice between pork or chicken. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with memory foam pillows and plenty of blankets. I also appreciated the opportunity to support a small business during these challenging times.
