Excellent service & relaxing atmosphere. We recently stayed at a hotel in Banos and had an incredible experience. The service was exceptional, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The atmosphere was so peaceful and rejuvenating, making it the perfect retreat. We especially loved the spa facilities, where we indulged in invigorating massages. The location was ideal, within walking distance of downtown and breathtaking natural scenery. We highly recommend this hotel for couples and families seeking a memorable getaway.

The room is clean and cozy, with tasteful decor. The bistro offers delicious food and the breakfast is satisfying. Great location near hot springs and downtown. Early check-in was accommodated without extra charges. The spa facilities were well-maintained.

Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Amazon jungle allowed for easy access to nature hikes and adventures. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom that had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was excellent, as they were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The free Wi-Fi provided by the hotel was decently fast and reliable. I also appreciated that they provided complimentary bottles of water in the room. the hotel was situated close to some scenic spots that were nice to visit during any free time.

The hotel was quite noisy at night, and I had some trouble getting a good night's sleep. the room was quite outdated and the amenities were subpar compared to other hotels in the area.

The massage and hot tubs were a perfect way to relax. The staff was friendly and our ground level cabana was spacious and quiet. Charging outlets were plentiful and the shower was hot. The laundry service was a great convenience and the food was delicious, with a great selection for breakfast.

Felt lucky, no complaints at all.
