the views of the volcano from the lodge were absolutely breathtaking. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic shower and reliable wifi. the food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and helpful, although their language skills were limited to Spanish. it was a unique and comfortable stay, and I especially enjoyed the horseback riding tours to explore the beauty of the national park.

Wonderful staff, renovated and expanded lodge. Great location

The view of the volcano from my room was absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The lodge was cozy and well-maintained, and the horseback riding tours were a great way to explore the area.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and had amazing views of the surrounding landscape. the location of the hotel was excellent, providing easy access to Cotopaxi National Park. -One advantage of staying at this hotel was the cozy fireplace in the room, which added to the overall ambiance.

The bathrooms were in need of refurbishment, with old and worn fixtures, peeling paint, and a lack of toilet roll holders. The pillows in the room were flat and small, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The location of this lodge is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of the volcano. The rooms are comfortable and come with amenities like hot showers and WiFi. The breakfast is outstanding, with delicious omelettes that surpassed all expectations.

The communication from the lodge could be improved, as they did not respond to emails before our stay.
