The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient for travelers like me, as it is just a stone's throw away from the airport. The 24-hour free shuttle service was a lifesaver, ensuring a hassle-free commute. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast offered a delightful variety of options including self-made waffles, fresh fruit, and hot coffee. I also enjoyed dining at the onsite restaurant, where the food was delicious and the staff incredibly friendly.

Wonderful staff, renovated and expanded lodge. Great location

The view of the volcano from my room was absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The lodge was cozy and well-maintained, and the horseback riding tours were a great way to explore the area.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and had amazing views of the surrounding landscape. The location of the hotel was excellent, providing easy access to Cotopaxi National Park.-One advantage of staying at this hotel was the cozy fireplace in the room, which added to the overall ambiance.

The bathrooms were in need of refurbishment, with old and worn fixtures, peeling paint, and a lack of toilet roll holders. The pillows in the room were flat and small, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The location of this lodge is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of the volcano. The rooms are comfortable and come with amenities like hot showers and WiFi. The breakfast is outstanding, with delicious omelettes that surpassed all expectations.

The communication from the lodge could be improved, as they did not respond to emails before our stay.
