I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Quito. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect - it was close to many restaurants and easily accessible via several bus lines. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

As women travelling alone, we felt extremely safe and secure at this charming hostel. The staff were like family, providing great communication before arrival and helpful advice during our stay. The free city tour was a highlight and the location, close to the tram system, made exploring easy. The breakfast was filling and the option for fresh made-to-order eggs and fresh fruit was a nice touch.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, which was very near several bus lines and just a short drive from the airport. This made it easy for us to catch our early morning return flight to the states. Additionally, the hotel was close to the city center, allowing us to explore the local attractions. The rooms were clean and the staff provided excellent service, giving us helpful recommendations and arranging transportation. The included breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to start our day.

The karaoke and casino options were not available at the hotel, which was a bit disappointing for us as we enjoy these activities.

Cozy and comfortable triple room with a private bath. The central location allowed us to easily explore the city. Carlos and Beatrix, the lovely owners, went above and beyond to help my husband and son when they fell ill. The chicken soup they provided warmed our hearts. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and loved it! the staff was so welcoming and helpful, they really made the experience enjoyable. the location was perfect, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and felt very safe. Also loved the free breakfast every morning, it was a great touch.

The rooms were a bit on the small side and the TV was a little small but those were minor details compared to the overall experience. Could have used some more hot water in the shower, but it wasn't a big deal.
