I recently had the pleasure of staying in this luxurious hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. the location of this place is absolutely perfect. Situated in the heart of the historic district, it offers easy accessibility to all the beautiful attractions this city has to offer. The service at this hotel is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and a helpful and attentive housekeeping staff. They even offer a grocery shopping service, which I found incredibly convenient. The laundry service provided was a nice touch, ensuring that my clothes were fresh and clean throughout my stay. Additionally, the airport shuttle service made my arrival and departure seamless.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. With its prime location, impeccable service, and excellent amenities, this place is a true gem.

The hotel's Christmas decorations were beautiful, and there was a nice variety of food offered during the holiday dinner. The location was in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing helpful recommendations for activities and restaurants.

The rooms were not as clean as expected, and the bathroom was outdated. the noise level from outside traffic made it difficult to sleep at night.

The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in the historic centre of Quito. We were within walking distance to charming Quito's sights and in the centre of Quito's bustling old town. Additionally, there was a local food market nearby where we enjoyed a delicious whole roasted pig at a "Canteen-like" stall.

The noise from the surrounding area could sometimes be a bit disruptive.
