The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring the malecon and had beautiful views of the river. My room was spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at a great hotel in Puerto Santa Ana and had an amazing experience. The value for the money was better than expected and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, with beautiful river views and a lovely walk along the river bank. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable from start to finish.

This hotel is a great find with amazing service, comfy beds and a large bathroom. It is ideally situated on the waterfront near many restaurants and bars, and the view of the lighthouse from the breakfast area is amazing.

As a tourist, I loved the spacious junior suite with a large Jacuzzi, smart TV, and a huge shower with great water pressure. The location was excellent with river views and surrounded by cool bars and restaurants. The staff were exceptional, and the outdoor sushi and cocktail bar provided a great place to relax in the evening. The breakfast had a huge choice of food and the cleanliness of the hotel was superb.

We, as a couple, had a cozy and comfortable stay at Wyndham Guayaquil. The rooms were well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The beds were excellent and provided a restful experience. The restaurant offered a varied menu with a good selection of wines. The hotel's location was perfect, situated along the river and within walking distance to attractions like the Lighthouse.

The service was exceptional, with the staff storing my luggage for 8 hours and arranging a shuttle bus to the airport. The room was comfortable and the spa and pool were great amenities. The jacuzzi in the suite was extra large and had a view of the river and Las Penas. The location near the Malecon provided easy access to various activities and nearby restaurants.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious stay, fulfilling all my exclusive amenities needs. the outstanding service, stunning outdoor swimming pool and rooftop pool with sun terrace left me feeling relaxed and pampered. The restaurant and catering service were exceptional, providing me with delicious packed lunches and special diet menus. Cons: Although the full body massage at the spa centre was amazing, the beauty treatments and waxing were a bit overpriced.

We stayed here twice and loved it! This place is located at the end of the malecon next to Puerto Santa Ana neighbourhood, and it's definitely in a very safe area of the city with gorgeous views of the river. The rooftop pool and spa are perfect for relaxing, and there are so many restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The rooms are big and bright with an amazing river view, and the staff are very attentive and helpful. We had a very special anniversary with a special surprise.

That some staff said that they could not comply with our request, but this venue will accommodate your request in any manner. We highly recommend this hotel because of its great leisure facilities, including the rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and spa & wellness centre.

The breakfast spread had a great variety of different fruits and the staff was also very hospitable, always willing to help out with anything you might need. the location of the hotel was also a plus, as there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

There were several negative aspects of my stay here. the room service I ordered was very overpriced and didn't taste great either.

our stay at wyndham was truly amazing. from the attentive and helpful staff, to the big and bright rooms with amazing river views, everything exceeded our expectations. the hotel pool and spa were perfect, and the restaurant with its terrace and amazing food made for a special anniversary celebration. the location was also perfect, with a safe stroll along the malecón and old part of the city.
