I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for me, as I prefer to be in an isolated area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities provided enhanced my stay. I highly recommend taking advantage of the room service and dry cleaning services, they were efficient and made my stay even more comfortable. The outdoor spaces were breathtaking, especially the pool area. I couldn't resist taking a relaxing dip and soaking up the sun on the sun loungers. The leisure spa and wellness center was also a highlight of my stay, the jacuzzi and sauna were perfect for unwinding.

For families or anyone looking for a peaceful stay, I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and made me feel at home.

Our stay at Africana Hotel & Spa was amazing. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Staff very nice and helpful, varied breakfast, spacious rooms with balconies, cheerful atmosphere, beautiful gardens and fantastic pool. Receptionist Mrs Sherine Daniel is welcoming, helpful, polite, and cheerful. Housekeeping staff member Dalia cleans and tidies well. a perfect place for a peaceful and happy stay.

the location of the hotel was quite nice with easy access to local attractions and views of the surrounding area. One of the best aspects of my stay was the amazing pool with plenty of sunny areas to lounge in.

I had quite a few negative experiences here. First, the transportation options were very limited and I found it difficult to leave the hotel or find a taxi at odd hours.

We had an amazing stay at Africana Hotel & Spa. the staff, especially Ashraf and Shereen, were incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Thanks to Ashraf, we were able to get two rooms close to each other during our stay. Shereen and her colleague also helped us arrange a ride to El Alamin beach. the hospitality we experienced here was truly exceptional, and the welcoming smiles of the staff made us feel right at home. the rooms were spacious and clean, with complimentary internet access. the restaurant offered a great breakfast buffet with a variety of options. We will definitely consider this hotel our second home, especially for its convenient location near the airport.
