This hotel is such a great value for money! You get access to 6 restaurants on-site, all with amazing views of the sea. The staff is so friendly, and they pay attention to every little detail to ensure your stay is perfect. The basic amenities in the room are great, and if you're lucky to get a room with a view, you'll be amazed! The breakfast is fantastic with so many varieties to choose from.

The complementary drinks upon arrival were great and saved us a bit of money. the hotel was also conveniently located near the beach and some shops, making it easy to explore the area without having to take a taxi. the pool was a nice place to relax and soak up the sun.

The room wasn't great. the furniture was old and uncomfortable, and there wasn't enough light in the room to read or work comfortably.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with impeccable rooms and well-maintained facilities. The location was perfect, with easy transportation access and close proximity to cafes that allowed us to enjoy our coffee. The staff members are friendly and always willing to assist. The accommodation is clean and well-maintained. The hotel offers a beautiful beach with a great reef for snorkeling.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right at the beach with easy access to the sea. The service was outstanding, from the friendly and professional staff to the room service and housekeeping. The facilities were well-kept and there were plenty of things to do, including a spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and even water slides. The entertainment was great too, with a fabulous animation team and a night club.

The entertainment team at the hotel was amazing, they really know how to make you feel welcomed and involved in the activities. We had a blast playing beach volleyball and water polo with them. The pool area is also great for relaxing and enjoying the sun. we had a fantastic time at this resort. Recommended!

We had an amazing 4-night stay at Pickalbatros Palace. the staff was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to ensure our issues were resolved. Mr Hassan Abdullah in particular was a standout, fixing all our problems and making our stay truly enjoyable. the hotel had everything we needed for a perfect vacation - friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food, and a wonderful pool. the animation team also made our stay even more fun.
