Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mina who was always there to help us. Clean rooms and good location. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very good. Amazing view overlooking a beautiful church. Staff was responsive and quick to respond on Whatsapp or in person. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient location, walkable from downtown and a big street market. Well-equipped kitchen in the one-bedroom apartment. Central location in the old part of the city near the city center. The suites team in the new building was cooperative.

The apartment at this hotel was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay during Easter. the ironing facility was promptly provided upon request, showing good customer service. the location of the apartment was conveniently close to nearby attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area.

The water heater was also not functioning properly, which was inconvenient. there were disturbances in the early morning, with noise from nearby activities and loud conversations from the housekeeping staff.

The hotel had beautifully designed and clean rooms which were a great relief after a tiring day. The helpful and friendly staff really enhanced our stay. The hotel's location in the downtown area was perfect, with easy walking access to the seafront and other key attractions. Plus, the fact that we were allowed to store our bags in reception on our check-out day was very convenient.

The lifts in the hotel were not very reliable, so we had to use the stairs to reach our room on the 14th floor. Additionally, the lack of wifi in the room was a bit inconvenient, although the wifi in the reception area worked well.

Great value for money and friendly staff. the location couldn't be better as it's central to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the good breakfast they served every morning and the comfort of the capacious private bathroom. It was also great to have complementary tea and the air conditioning was a lifesaver.

The address was difficult to find and there was no soundproofing, so we could hear other people in their rooms. the TV channels need updating, and we had trouble finding a parking spot for our car.

The hotel's central location makes it very convenient for exploring the city's attractions. It's just a short walk away from the corniche, the citadel, and the library. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, providing great value for money. The hotel offers comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. The staff members are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. They are fluent in English and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

This hotel was a great find! The location is perfect - right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to the railway station and not far from the sea. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the room were just what we needed. The big bathroom and balcony were great bonuses, and the breakfast with freshly made omelet and bread was delicious. All this at a reasonable price, too!

We had a great stay at Alexander The Great. Our room was clean and modern. Although the breakfast could be improved, the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.
