The dive centre and hotel reef are excellent.

My check-in experience was incredibly frustrating. Despite arriving on time, I was left waiting for almost three hours before I could access my room.

The staff are exceptionally professional and friendly and the food is diverse and tasty catering to many different palates. The beach is stunning with clean sand and great snorkeling options.

Despite its strengths, the rooms are in need of renovation and could use some modern updates. Also, getting loungers can be challenging, especially if you're not out early.

Beach sun beds are unfairly reserved all day, making it difficult to find one!!! The lounge chairs obstruct the beautiful views and the lighting for shows could be improved!!! Evening entertainment lacks energy, which turns the nightlife dull!!!

absoluteley horrid. the staff were almost rude, and as a guest, i expected at least a kind word. plus, good luck with the hard as a rock beds. i almost thought about giving this place a good review, but just couldn’t. a welcome gift for my troubles would’ve been nice, but i guess that’s too much to ask.

the hotel is super chill, great vibe and the rooms are really spacious! the staff are all really friendly and helped me with a late check-out which was awesom. the pool area had plenty of activities going on all day long and the food was tasty with lots of options. the animation team was always fun and kept things lively, especially the evening shows. my personal fav was the fire show – so cool!

but the wifi suuucks, really slow and annoying! also, getting a sun lounger at the beach is like a battle, you gotta be up early to snag one.

The lagoon was perfect for a chill swim, and the food was fresh with great variety! Wi-Fi could use some upgrade though. Would return again!

The beach had this epic coral reef full of fish & even some dolphins swimming by! The food was super tasty, especially those fresh pizzas. Only thing, dinner lines could be long sometimes. The entertainment crew kept us laughing and engaged all day, what a blast!

It was just a reliable pick for a couple of nights in Hurghada with value for price. The animation team was fun. they organized a lot of activities at the pool, making it a lively place to hang out. Make sure to check the schedule for activities to keep busy during your stay.
