We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a vital area. The staff were incredibly friendly, hospitable, and helpful. The breakfast was incredible with a wide variety of Egyptian and continental options. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, were very nice. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything and close to the highway for easy transportation.

The room was spacious, clean, and had great views. Even though it was next to a busy street, the sound isolation worked well and we rarely heard any noise. The swimming pool was a great place to relax. Overall I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had an incredible stay at Jewel Zamalek. As two single women visiting Cairo for the first time, we felt completely safe and well taken care of. the staff was extremely friendly, hospitable, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially want to mention Ms. Nora, who went above and beyond to assist us. the breakfast at the hotel was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of Egyptian and continental options. We even had the chance to try a sweet breakfast that we had never tasted before and the chef kindly gave us some to take away.

I recently stayed at this place and I have to say, it was a great experience. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the city with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. After a long and tiring day of exploring the city, it was so convenient to be able to walk to any restaurant and chill out. Plus, seeing other residents with their baby sons kept my little one occupied during the daytime, which was a bonus.

The beds in our room were comfortable, and the size of the room was suitable for two people. The receptionists and hotel staff were also friendly and provided great service. we had a pleasant and enjoyable experience at Jewel Zamalek Hotel.
