The staff, especially Karim, were delightful. If only they had nightly entertainment, it would be perfect.

We spent our Easter holiday at a beautiful resort by the seaside. the location was perfect, providing quick access to the beach and stunning views of the sea. the rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds, and the buffet had a good variety of food options. the resort had a lovely pool area with plenty of loungers to relax on.

the service was severely lacking. the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome.
