The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city, close to everything in this bustling metropolis. It's just a short distance from Tahrir Square and downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff at the hotel are friendly and attentive, providing us with invaluable advice and assistance during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was top notch, and we were impressed by the spacious and well-maintained bathrooms. Additionally, the breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying.

They even helped me organize a fantastic Luxor trip with a driver, tour guide, and accommodations included. The hotel was clean, centrally located, and affordable. The rooftop was a great place to relax, and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality and convenient amenities.

Drawbacks: The elevator was a bit unreliable, and the shower water pressure was erratic. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

Everything is what I need and want.

Unbelievably friendly and helpful staff, perfect location, amazing rooftop terrace, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, great place to meet people.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any needs we had. They even helped us book a city tour at a great price. the hotel had a great rooftop terrace where we could relax and enjoy our breakfast.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the mattress in our room was really uncomfortable, with the metal and framing noticeable.

our second stay in cairo was even better than the first. castle hotel exceeded all expectations with their friendly staff, cozy facilities, and unbeatable location. we felt truly at home here and highly recommend it for an authentic egyptian experience.

We had an amazing stay at Castle Hotel! the location was excellent, with Tahir Square and the Nile just a short walk away. the manager, Fadi, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. the staff, including the young men at the front desk and the sweet housekeeper/cook, were all friendly and gracious. the rooftop was a fantastic amenity, with a great view of the city and a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed meeting other travelers in the dorm room and the wifi worked perfectly throughout the hotel. the breakfast was delicious and varied each day. a great place to stay if you want to meet friendly travelers and have a comfortable environment. We would definitely stay here again!
