We loved the location of Crowne Plaza West Cairo Arkan as it is situated in Arkan Plaza, where there are plenty of options for restaurants and cafes. It was very convenient for us as guests with children. The hotel customer service was top-notch and we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Esam Afifi and his team.
