we had a fantastic stay at Eileen Hotel. the staff was incredibly kind and professional, always ready to assist with any request. the location was perfect, within walking distance to museums, souks, and stores. our room was modern and clean, providing all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the breakfast was delicious with fresh and tasty options. the quiet atmosphere on the 6th floor ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

Mind-blowingly friendly and always ready to help with whatever you need. And don't even get me started on the buffet breakfast - talk about a feast fit for a king. Exceptional Staff and Outstanding Location

The location in Downtown Cairo was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the Egyptian Museum. the only downside was the room discrepancies and minor plumbing issues, but the staff's efforts to accommodate us made up for it.

Our room was not what we had booked; we expected three single beds but got a double bed dressed for one. However, the staff tried to accommodate us in other ways. the central location was convenient for exploring the city. the omelette at breakfast was a standout. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

Felt totally relaxed, no complaints.

Had an okay stay here. the staff was super friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. the location was buzzing and perfect for exploring the city. the room we got was clean and had pretty decor.

But then, the bathroom had a weird issue where water kept flooding the floor - not cool. we had to ask for hangers to hang our towels, and they didn't have shower gel, which was a bummer.

The staff during the night shift were welcoming, and the rooms were not only clean but also very comfortable. One staff member, Abdelrahman, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. the hotel's beautiful 1920s vibe added to the overall charm, and the staff were always ready to offer advice and assistance. They even kindly provided a late checkout for one of our rooms at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated.

There were a few things that could be improved. the bathrooms tended to flood during showers due to plumbing issues that the hotel is working on addressing.

Our late-night arrival was mishandled, resulting in a room mix-up, leading us to walk to an unsatisfactory alternative hotel - a disappointing start to our visit. Noise disturbances affected our rest. Overall I'd suggest this hotel.
