I recently stayed at the Four Seasons in Cairo for a week-long vacation. From the moment I arrived, the service and staff were excellent. Mr. Ashraf, the front desk supervisor, was incredibly helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and Yosef, one of the restaurant staff, provided great food suggestions. The hotel was impressively clean, surpassing any other hotel I've stayed in. The connected mall, "the 1st mall," had a great selection of stores and good discounts. There were also banks and ATMs for convenient currency exchange. I especially enjoyed the cafe and restaurant inside the mall, and the pianist playing in the evenings added a lovely ambiance.

The hotel had an amazing mix of local and international food on the menu, making it a great dining experience. The staff, including Mohammed, Reem, Volinaca, Elena, and Abdullhakim. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent fit and finish. The bathroom was huge and the bed was beyond comfortable. The air conditioner was effective in keeping the room cool. The room service food was delicious and highly recommended.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was very central with easy access to popular attractions and restaurants. the view from the room was amazing, and I enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset.

The Wi-Fi was not available in the room unless a fee was paid, which was a bit inconvenient. the room had a lingering smell of smoke despite being a non-smoking room.

Luxurious treatment, ideal location, amazing interior design, professional staff, great restaurants, open roof with pool and fitness center.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being sparkly clean and everything very neat. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a big pool and a well-equipped gym. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices for everyone. The staff, especially Yousof from Reception, Salma from Concierge, and Ahmed from housekeeping, were extremely kind. They even arranged transportation for us, with an 8 seater minivan, even at 4 AM in the lobby area. The location of the hotel was centrally located in this city, making it easy for us to explore the area.

I stayed at this place for a few nights and it was quite enjoyable. The location was just perfect, located in the middle of an enormous shopping mall which I loved. The staff members were the highlight of my stay here, providing excellent service in every manner. Additionally, the room amenities were on point, featuring a balcony, dining table and seating area. The airport shuttle was also a plus. I also really appreciated the leisure facilities including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. Lastly, the treatments at the spa centre did not disappoint.

I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel blew me away! The attached mall is super convenient and the rooms have a beautiful view of the pyramids at Giza. The staff went all out to make my son's stay extra special, providing an extra bed for him. The breakfast with options to suit everyone was included and served with a view of the zoo in the garden.

No negative aspects to report - everything was just amazing.

Luxurious and exclusive amenities were fully met here. the bedroom was furnished with a comfortable bed and the housekeeping team kept everything immaculately clean. the concierge service was prompt and efficient.

The indoor pool was smaller than expected, which made it too crowded for swimming laps. We also enjoyed having access to the hotel's beautiful garden area and excellent spa centre with several treatment rooms.

Spacious room, huge bathroom, excellent fit and finish, comfortable bed, effective air conditioner, welcoming and comfortable retreat.

The hotel is in a convenient location, which would be helpful for special needs individuals or for a girls trip. Christine at the concierge desk was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a new and spacious bathroom. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The hotel also had a nice pool area and a casino for entertainment.

There were additional fees charged on food, which was unexpected.
