I was pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking view of the pyramids from my room and the roof terrace. The manager was extremely helpful and even accompanied me to the pharmacy. Despite cold air conditioning and a faulty balcony lock, the friendly staff made up for it with great service. A disappointing guided tour experience, but overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with excellent customer service.

The staff here is amazing, with the best host that provided great tours at good prices. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the rooftop view of the pyramids is breathtaking.

There were slight delays with breakfast, and some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom. the noise from the main road outside could be bothersome at times.

We had an amazing stay at Hassan Pyramids Hotel 安心の日本語サポート及びツアー対応! The room had a breathtaking view of the pyramids right from our window. The rooftop was also a great spot to enjoy the view. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, although it could use some more variety with fruits. The hotel's location near the pyramids made it convenient for sightseeing. The hotel also provided a private guide who was knowledgeable and spoke Japanese, which made our tour even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Cairo.
