The incredible staff truly made the stay special! Khaled at the front desk was super helpful, and I loved the breakfast spread—especially the fresh pastries! (Seriously, don’t miss those! ) The spacious family suite had a cool view of the Nile!

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

My family and I were thrilled with the spacious suite overlooking the Nile. Each morning, we enjoyed our delicious meals while appreciating the stunning scenery. The attentive staff made our stay feel extra special.

However, some areas of the hotel felt dated, especially the bathrooms, which desperately need renovation. I had an issue with inconsistent housekeeping, leaving me wanting more from my experience.

We received a complimentary upgrade to a stunning suite on the 26th floor! The breathtaking panoramic views of Cairo and the lovely breakfast choices surely enhanced our stay.

Some areas, like the breakfast room, seemed outdated and not as well-kept as expected, diminished the overall experience for a brief moment.

Request a room on a higher floor for stunning views and enhanced quietness, as it significantly improved my stay despite some outdated features.

I appreciated the location, which was in the center of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with a dirty towel, but Rania from Guest Relations resolved it quickly and made my stay manageable. I could visit popular attractions like the Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum with ease. I enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the spacious suite, feeling at home while being far from New York. Overall, I would return to the area.

the only highlight was the spacious room, but everything else was a disaster. the toilet absolutely needs refurbishment. then, I was puzzled by the lack of any complimentary gestures. for such a well-known hotel, I expected at least a kind note or maybe a chocolate on the pillows, but no such luck. don’t let the views fool you!

We had a lovely stay with our three dogs, enjoying a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool. The staff made our family feel right at home, even catering to our pets' needs during our time by the poolside.

In my wife’s opinion, a kids club would have been great.

Amazing views and comfy stay!

The big terrace was perfect for chilling at night. Super comfy beds made for a great sleep. We also loved the in-room breakfast – yummy snacks to start our day! Only bummer was the slow Wi-Fi sometimes, but that's easy to overlook.

I loved relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and soaking up the sun on the terrace during my stay. The only thing I noticed was that some of the furniture felt a bit dated, but honestly, it didn't ruin my experience at all. If you’re in the area, definitely check it out for a chill vibe! ☀️

the hilton cairo world trade center is legit awesome! the beds were super comfy, and the staff treated us like family, going all out for our kids with toys and coloring stuff. breakfast was pretty tasty too, and the views from our room were amazing, especially being on the 25th floor. we even had a sweet suite with two bedrooms and a kitchen! really felt at home, can't wait to come back!

Our stay was mostly delightful. the royal suite was massive and well-equipped, including a kitchen and laundry. Location was super central, making it easy to explore the area. Also, the river views from our room were absolutely breathtaking.

However, the place could double as a vintage museum—definitely showing its age! And good luck with that air conditioning, it’s about as reliable as my dog at fetch!
