The staff was very accommodating and switched my noisy room to a quiet one. The coral reef was gorgeous and easily accessible. The hotel's location was conveniently near Soho Square. The pools were clean with great amenities such as free snorkeling gear and watersports center. The Italian restaurant was delicious.
