I loved the Shams Imperial! The location was perfect for kiteboarding with the ION Club in Safaga nearby. The staff, especially Mostafa at reception, were warm and helpful. The animation team of Dina and Pipo were great. The hotel had amazing views, delicious food, and was child and family friendly. Everyone at the hotel was hands-on and knew their roles, making the stay smooth and enjoyable.

Had a blast during my xmas vacation in this hotel! the beachfront location was fantastic, and we had an amazing time making sandcastles and swimming in the crystal-clear waters. the food was fantastic, and we really enjoyed indulging in the tasty buffet for every meal. the staff members were kind, cheerful, and helpful and made our stay even more remarkable.

A few things did put a damper on our trip. the room was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, with several pieces of trash left behind from the prior guests.
