I recently stayed at Intercontinental Citystars for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The pool and restaurant selection were great, with the Egyptian restaurant serving amazing food. The beds were also incredibly comfortable. A special highlight was being connected to City Stars Mall, which was perfect for families with young children who could enjoy the pool-side rooms with direct access to the pool. The view from the pool-side rooms was quiet and pleasant. the location was the best thing about the hotel, with excellent restaurants and delicious breakfast options. I look forward to staying again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay here. The bed was really comfortable, and I enjoyed relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi. The hotel is in a great location, right next to a huge mall where you can find everything you need. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Ahmad at the Members Reception. He made my stay smooth and hassle-free. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The location was excellent, right next to a shopping mall, making it convenient to find everything I needed. The club rooms were superior to the regular ones, cleaner and more comfortable. The lobby had a pleasant atmosphere, and it was a great bonus that the hotel was connected to the mall. The breakfast provided was outstanding, with a variety of options to choose from.

The location is ideal, situated near popular spots like CityStars mall, city center almaza, downtown, and cairo festival city. Additionally, it is close to a mosque and local market. The staff, including Mr. Ahmed Abdul ghani and Mr. Waleed, are friendly, patient, and professional. The manager, Bassam Khalid, is helpful in making guests' stays more comfortable.

It is in a bustling neighborhood, just a stone's throw from a great shopping mall with lots of international brands at good prices. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. The breakfast is really good with something for every taste, even for those with special dietary requests like gluten-free. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The restaurant service is a bit disorganized with long queues at the egg station and sometimes slow coffee service.

In addition, the room service was exceptional with 24-hour features such as car hire, dry cleaning, and bike hire. The staff were polite, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that I had an enjoyable experience. I loved the wide selection of cuisine available from their dining restaurant and the bar/lounge area. Lastly, the leisure facilities such as the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, massage, and steam room were a treat!

I had an amazing Easter weekend at the hotel. the rooms were fantastic, with spacious and cozy interiors. the location was superb, offering easy access to a nearby shopping mall. One of the best aspects was the unique elevator system, where you simply enter your destination floor and are immediately directed to the appropriate elevator. It was a convenient and efficient way to navigate the hotel.

I did have one negative experience during my stay. the check-in process was quite slow and frustrating.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, perfect location, spacious rooms, rich and healthy breakfast.

Additionally, I booked two rooms and was pleasantly surprised when the reception gave us connecting rooms. our experience at the hotel was fantastic.
