My stay at Jewel Green Mountain was wonderful! The facilities were impressive and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. Although I had a problem with the AC, they quickly found a solution and moved me to a suitable room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Helpful and pleasant staff, clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast variety, convenient location, fair price. Bathroom has a great shower in a junior suite room. Attentive receptionist provided utmost help upon late arrival. Brilliant staff provided free upgrade for a very comfortable room.

This hotel is conveniently located near downtown. The reception area is nice and spacious, and the staff are friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and well-furnished. The housekeeping team is hospitable and obliging. The bathrooms, however, could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness. The breakfast experience is not good; orders take a long time to arrive.

The noise level in the hotel is high, making it difficult to sleep at night.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and were impressed with this place. The location is great, situated in the heart of everything and surrounded by all necessary stores. The staff was exceptional and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room service was excellent and the prices were really affordable. We loved the comfortable sitting area and the terrace that overlooked the city. The room amenities were fantastic, including the air conditioning, mini-bar, and electric kettle. we had a very satisfactory stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, no negative aspects to mention.

The location of the hotel was really convenient to move around the city. the staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful towards me. I particularly enjoyed the varied breakfast provided by the hotel, and appreciated the free welcome drinks and snacks that were offered upon arrival.

Soundproofing in rooms is not sufficient. the noise in the nighttime coming from the traffic outside was unbearable, which caused me difficulty in getting a good night's rest.
