Our stay at this hotel was absolutely luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing, and the restaurant served delicious meals with special diet menus available. The room advantages were top-notch, with a packed lunch option for on-the-go adventures.

The only minor issue we encountered was limited entertainment options. Although the hotel offered a leisure/TV room, a night club would have been a nice addition to the venue.

Spent Christmas on a Nile cruise and had a lovely experience. Loved the spacious and clean cabins with beautiful views of the Nile and enjoyed the delicious Egyptian cuisine. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The itinerary included visits to many ancient sites which were fascinating to explore.

The Wi-Fi was not very reliable, and we ended up having to use our mobile data most of the time. the music played in the evening was a bit loud and made it difficult to sleep early.
