The hotel's staff is helpful and friendly, location is convenient, breakfast is delicious, rooms are newly renovated and cozy, and the coffee machine is outstanding.

The rooms at this boutique hotel were clean and well-decorated, just like the pictures online. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even held onto our luggage before and after check-in. the prime location of the hotel made it easy for us to explore the nearby beach, go shopping, and visit Luxor Temple. Plus, they had parking available for an extra charge, which was convenient for our business trip.

The bathroom had some issues, such as black mold on the caulk around the sink and a clogged shower drain. there were only two outlets for charging devices, and there was no table or lamp next to the bed.
