Great location near popular attractions. Easy access to Nile, Valley of the Kings, Habu Temple, and Haphetsu Temple. Rooms and property were well-maintained and clean.

Hotel is quite far from the city center and requires calling a cab every time you want to go out. the hotel restaurant is overpriced, and you can find better options elsewhere.

The owner and staff went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the West Bank, where most of the archaeological sites are located. The courtyard and dining room provide a lovely atmosphere for meals, with a view of the hot air balloons descending. The owner personally called to answer our questions and arrange transportation and a local tour guide. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities, including strong wifi and hot water. The highlight of our stay was the food, which was the best we had in Egypt. The staff recommended delicious dishes.

I recently stayed at a hotel on the West Bank and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they even upgraded our room when one was available. The hotel had a beautiful view of the countryside and the mountains, which was perfect for watching the sunset. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with high water pressure in the showers. The breakfast offered a variety of options with local products, which made for a delightful start to the day.

This hotel offers a convenient location surrounded by lush green fields, providing easy access to numerous historical sites on the West Bank. Guests can easily travel back to the downtown area by flagging down a tuk-tuk or van to the ferry crossing. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and some offer beautiful garden views. The bathroom facilities include high water pressure in the shower. The staff is attentive and the breakfast is delicious.

The hotel lacks a shower curtain, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

Had a wonderful xmas at this hotel! Loved the fact they offered complimentary airport pick up and drop off - so convenient. Great location, we were able to explore the area easily. loved the lovely terrace on the top floor with amazing views - definitely a highlight!

Honestly, there wasn't much that we disliked. the only thing was that the restaurant didn't have a lot of variety for xmas dinner, but that's understandable given it was a busy day.

Friendly and helpful staff, providing assistance with airport transfers and sightseeing tours. Breathtaking night view from the roof terrace.

My stay at the New Memnon Hotel was absolutely delightful. The owner, Sayed, went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exceptional. He personally provided a packed lunch during a morning tour to ensure it stayed fresh. The location was perfect for exploring the West Bank, with the Colossi of Memnon and other major sites within walking distance or a short bus ride away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, offering stunning views of the garden and Theban mountains. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the wifi connection was excellent. The personal service provided by Sayed and his team truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luxor.
