We had booked our stay at Novotel Cairo El Borg for a weekend getaway, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff and quickly checked into our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, offering breathtaking views of the Nile River. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast spread, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruits and pastries.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as inconsistent air conditioning and some renovations taking place, these did not dampen our overall experience. The hotel's prime location, just a short walk away from Zamalek and the Egyptian Museum, made it a convenient base for exploring the city.

The rooftop sheesha and cafe offered a lovely setting to relax and enjoy the Nile view. The front desk staff, Mr Saif and Ms Sarah, were incredibly helpful and made our Cairo experience exceptional. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the food delicious. The management truly cared about the guest experience and quickly addressed any concerns I had. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, beautiful views, and enjoyable amenities.

We stayed at this place and loved it! The location is perfect for exploring all the great sights in the area. The service here exceeded our expectations, and the room service was especially impressive. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the receptionist Marwa went above and beyond to make our check-in process a breeze. We also enjoyed the great spa and wellness centre, including the heated swimming pool which was perfect for a relaxing dip. we highly recommend this venue to families - it has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a lovely stay at Novotel El Borg and the location couldn't have been better. The staff were very helpful and charming, offering me a non-smoking room on the quiet side of the hotel. I arrived earlier than the check-in time but for a small supplement, I was able to access a room and even enjoy breakfast. The breakfast had a good variety of food, including an "egg" station where I could order omelettes or fried eggs. The room was comfortable and clean, with housekeeping doing a great job. The hotel also had a swimming pool, a gym, and a roof terrace with amazing views. The best part was the location, with easy access to taxis and the nearby bridges to cross the Nile. I enjoyed taking a stroll and visiting Tahrir Square. I had a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Cairo.

Located on an island in the middle of the Nile, this hotel is incredibly convenient for exploring the Egyptian Museum, Opera, and Sadat metro stations. With bridges connecting both sides of the Nile Corniche, the hotel is in the center of the city. The breakfast boasts a variety of options and the reception staff are professional and cooperative.

The hotel reception could use improvement, as it seems some guests had negative experiences with staff not being helpful or cooperative.

The river view from my room was amazing! Great location for walking and views of the Nile and Cairo Tower. The breakfast had lots of choices and the room service was excellent. The swimming pool was a great addition, and the staff, especially Merna at reception and Ahmed at the swimming pool, were very helpful and made us feel safe. the experience was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay with good service. the breakfast provided was the best we had during our trip. the upgraded room with a Nile view was the cherry on top. the location was perfect for visiting the nearby museums. the rooftop restaurant provided an amazing view of the skyline and Nile.

There were no grocery stores or eateries nearby and we had to cross the bridge to the downtown area. it was a good value for the price paid.
