This hotel is perfect for a holiday in Sharm el-Sheikh. It's right on the beach in Naama Bay, with amazing ocean views. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Plus, the breakfast has something for everyone, even though some plates are a little stale.

My room was phenomenal! As a corner room with a balcony, couch, and beautiful shower, it was exceptionally comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of options. The pool area was luxurious and the snorkeling at the nearby coral reef was superb. a fantastic stay that I would happily recommend.

We had a fantastic week at this hotel. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the food at Al Dente restaurant on the beach was excellent. The staff, including Salam, Olga, Roma, Mohamed Mousa, Esraa. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding. The location of the hotel was convenient, only a 10-minute walk to the main part of the city along the promenade. The hotel facilities, such as the Aqua Gym, were enjoyable. We also enjoyed visiting nearby restaurants and bars like Camel Bar, Hard Rock Cafe, and Jolie Ville Italian restaurant.

Complimentary drinks on arrival and free shuttle to the airport were appreciated. Location by the beach was perfect and easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool with a good book.

The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and dinner area. The breakfast had a decent variety and was tasty, while dinner at the hotel's sister property offered something different every night. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were pleasant, but a special shoutout goes to the traffic controller who made crossing the street between the hotels a breeze. a pleasant experience and I would love to return.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 5, star hotel for our vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exclusive amenities and impeccable service. the spa and wellness centre provided us with a serene sanctuary, while the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace offered a stunning view of the surrounding garden area. the poolside snack bar was a perfect option for a quick bite while lounging under the beach umbrellas.

From the moment we made our reservation until the day we checked out, the hotel staff provided exceptional service. the Front Office Manager, Mr Mohamed Kamal, was incredibly hospitable and made sure everything was perfectly arranged for our honeymoon celebration. We were impressed by the spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as the stunning views. the pool area was also great, with a good pool and a pleasant atmosphere. the hotel's location in the city center was ideal. We highly recommend Novotel and can't wait to go back!
