We stayed at a hotel by the beach that had a great location. The pier provided a beautiful view and the underwater sight was amazing. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, and the animation team was great for both children and adults. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast had a good variety of food. the hotel had nice facilities and advantages such as the beachfront location and friendly staff.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. The beach was clean and perfect for snorkeling, with a beautiful coral reef. The family room was spacious and conveniently located near the main swimming pool, lobby, and restaurant. The food at the main restaurant was always delicious with a wide variety of options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others. a great experience!

Great food and friendly staff. the breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious with many options to choose from. the staff were always smiling and ready to help us with anything we needed. the hotel's location was perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We also loved the pool area, where we spent most of our time.

The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. the beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning was not working properly.

the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness center, swimming pool, beach access, and live entertainment made my stay unforgettable. the massage and facial I received at the treatment room were truly relaxing and indulging. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the restaurant and the drinks at the poolside snack bar. The location advantages were also a plus, situated in a beautiful and tranquil garden area. Cons: the only minor issue I experienced was the limited variety of food at the buffet breakfast. this did not affect my overall pleasant experience at this hotel.
