The staff at Pickalbatros Oasis were incredibly friendly and caring, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional. I particularly want to mention Mr. Ahmed Abdellatif and Mr. Abu Alabbas, who were both amazing throughout my visit. The hotel itself is also great, with renovated rooms, pools, water slides, and restaurants. The beach is beautiful too. I can't forget to mention the helpful reception team and the kitchen team who made my stay amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Some of the pool bar staff, particularly the ice cream guy, seemed inexperienced and had a bad temper, which made the stay less pleasant.

The location of the hotel was ideal for us as it was near the beach and the snorkelling was fantastic. the food was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the free yoga sessions and water polo activities that were available. the staff members were very friendly and welcoming.

Although the staff were friendly, some of them had bad temper that could put a damper on the otherwise great experience. some of the activities offered were on an extra charge.

From the moment We arrived, We were enamoured with this luxury hotel. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the exclusive amenities were everything We could have wanted. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas to relax under. We indulged in an incredible massage at the Spa centre. the restaurant served delicious food, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for an evening cocktail.

The only slight downside We experienced was with the service at the poolside snack bar. the staff member was inexperienced and lacked the welcoming attitude We had come to appreciate from the rest of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is near to the airport, making it a short and hassle-free journey. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and provided good service. The breakfast had a variety of options and was satisfying. The hotel had great facilities such as a lazy river, water slides, and a mini-golf course.

The beach was rocky and not suitable for swimming.
