Our Christmas stay was absolutely amazing! the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They helped us with everything we needed, from finding local shops to even taking us on a tour around the city. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was tucked away from the busy streets, offering a calm and quiet atmosphere. Plus, it was conveniently located near the river, making it easy to access everything we wanted to see and do. Lastly, the hotel itself was stunning. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a cozy and enjoyable stay.

Although our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor things that could be improved. For instance, there were some small issues with the room that needed to be addressed, however, the staff resolved them quickly.

One downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center, requiring a 30-40 minute taxi ride.

The West Bank location made a big difference in terms of noise level and it was convenient to take a boat to the East Bank. The caretakers, Mohammad and Ragab, were fantastic and the spacious property had a beautiful garden. it was a wonderful experience with great Egyptian hospitality.

His private driver, Mohamed, was incredibly helpful and took us to all the attractions we wanted to see, including the valley of the Queens and Habu temple. The highlight of our stay was the hot air balloon tour, which Spirit Luxor Luxory arranged for us at a fair price. We would highly recommend this place for a wonderful experience.

Spacious apartment, new and clean. Amazing pool for hot weather. Good location by the Nile. Helpful staff organized tours, recommended food, and arranged late checkout. Increased wifi speed for online work. Couldn't ask for more!
