I really enjoyed my business trip stay - it was a great deal! the location was perfect for me, as there were plenty of restaurants nearby and the area was less chaotic compared to other cities in Egypt. Plus, the hotel staff was super helpful and accommodating. They even offered two complementary perks that I really appreciated. the pool was really nice and clean and the food quality was great, especially for the price I paid. the check-in and out process was very smooth and fast, and the internet connection was fast and reliable in my room.

while the balcony was nice, I couldn't use it much because the heat from the air conditioning outdoor units was too much, unless I turned it off. Lastly, there were no single beds available which made it a bit challenging for me, but it wasn't a huge problem.

The hotel is located in a less chaotic area, making it a peaceful retreat for families with kids. The beachfront location allows for scenic views and opportunities for relaxation by the sea. The rooms are furnished with stylish Ikea furniture and offer a great view from the balconies. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and the cleanliness of the place is commendable.

The main restaurant is not big enough and can get crowded, so it is advisable to arrive early for meals.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its beachfront location in a peaceful area. The staff was exceptional, providing great service and making me feel very welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including free toiletries, coffee and tea facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The food at the dining restaurant was of excellent quality, and I enjoyed grabbing a drink at the poolside snack bar. The leisure facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, and beach access, were fantastic.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and classy dealings at Palma. The reception staff, especially Mr. Mahmoud Daoud, were very respectful and polite. The hotel staff in general were fantastic, always going above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The superior suite with sea view was spacious, clean, and felt like a home away from home. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel's location was perfect. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Palma Hotel.
