We had a great stay at a beach resort in Al Ma'amoorah. The location was clean and beautiful, and the staff were helpful. The swimming pool was very good, and the reception team was cooperative. Our room was big and clean, and we could even have breakfast delivered to our room for free. The resort had a charming old-style hall and reception room, and it was within walking distance of the Montazah garden. our stay was enjoyable and we highly recommend this resort.

As young people, we loved the friendly and professional staff at the front office and room service. The Imperial suite was excellent, well-furnished, and comfortable. The lobby and interior design were top-notch. The room service dinner was tasty and came quickly. The beach and pool were clean and well-maintained. The WiFi service was also great.

Guests also have the opportunity to access the private beach and have an invigorating dip. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with everything guests need to make their stay comfortable.

Guests may experience occasional noise disturbances, especially during events held outside the pool.

Our weekend getaway was made even better by the excellent complimentary breakfast and free shuttle service to and from the beach. We also appreciated the central location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area. the beach itself was clean and well-maintained, making for a peaceful and pleasant experience.

Our stay was marred by a number of issues. The room was not properly cleaned, and we found the towels and sheets to be uncomfortably smelly.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist at the morning shift. The hotel is very nice and clean, with a very safe atmosphere. The vegetarian and vegan menu options were fantastic.
